Affiliate and Partner Management
The BEAT BOAT Ecosystem makes it easy to collaborate with a diverse range of affiliates, including hotels, villas, promoters, drivers, and partner venues, through dynamic QR codes and personalized link systems.
Customizable Packages
Affiliates are provided with unique QR codes or links to sell tailored packages, such as:
- Buy 5 Drinks, Get 7 Drinks.
- Pay IDR 500,000 and
- Receive IDR 700,000 in Credits.
These packages can be adjusted to suit specific strategies, allowing affiliates to tailor promotions to their audiences while tracking performance in real time.
Affiliate Incentives
Affiliates can earn rewards in two ways:
- Fixed Commissions: A set amount per sale.
- Consumption-Based Rewards: A percentage of the total spend by referred guests.
Affiliate Dashboard
A user-friendly dashboard gives affiliates access to:
- Total packages sold.
- Customer visits and redemption details.

Our Current Affiliate Network
The strength of the BEAT BOAT Ecosystem lies in its rapidly growing network of affiliates, which creates consistent ticket sales and maximizes boat capacity. Here’s what we’ve built so far:
- Hotels:
BEAT BOAT is currently represented in two hotels with a combined 300 rooms. In the near future, we are onboarding three additional hotels with another 300 rooms. Additionally, we are planning to onboard another 100 hotels within the next three to four months, establishing a dominant presence in Bali’s hospitality sector. - Villas:
We are actively expanding into the luxury villa market, targeting over 100 villas in the coming months. - Promoters:
Our network includes 100 promoters, of which 30 are actively driving sales through their personalized affiliate links. - Drivers:
BEAT BOAT has onboarded 30 active drivers and is currently partnering with three major tourist driver companies that collectively have 1,500 drivers. These drivers are scheduled to be onboarded within the next two to three weeks, creating a vast and efficient ticket distribution network. - Venues:
We have established partnerships with four venues that act as ticket sales and distribution points, with plans to rapidly extend this network.
